Reports coming out of Dallas, Texas, say multiple people have been shot at an ICE detention facility. Dispatch audio suggests 4–5 victims, with at least 3 reported critical. A suspect was spotted on a rooftop, and officials confirm one suspect has suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound with a rifle recovered at the scene.
