5-Out Flex Offense Introduction Trailer

“5-OUT FLEX” INTRODUCTION CLIP:

I was asked if I had any knowledge regarding the “5-Out Flex” offense. Yes, I do! My college coach taught an offense similar to 5-Out Flex & I utilized 5-Out Flex, in grades 2-varsity, during my first 3 years as a head varsity boys’ basketball coach. It was a great offense to utilize for my teams who had no true post players.

With the addition of motion concepts being added to the structure of 5-Out Flex, it can become an offense that has a definite structure/rules, but also allows for freedoms to be taken by your best players. Additionally, 5-Out Flex is a solid offense to utilize throughout your program. Your young players can start out with the bare basics & advance as they move up the academic ladder (grades).
