Transformative Goals for Self-Effective Leaders

In this video I talk about some basic concepts and strategies for creating and maintaining powerful transformative goals in motivated leaders and individuals. Transformative leadership is a valuable leadership theory which believes that leaders can have transformative effects on individuals and the world, and it develops strategies for maximizing that effect. This video focuses on applying some of these concepts in one's own individual goal striving. I was to share information which empowers highly motivated individuals and leaders to become even more effective at striving towards their goals.
