Jimmy Kimmel Deserves To Be Cancelled

MAGA cancel culture has started to report people for their endorsement of violence towards others for their speech. This is a great thing for free speech in the longterm because if the idealogy the left spouts about on social media takes hold, free speech will be in trouble in a way that will be impossible to repair.

By giving negative reinforcement to the violent and hateful beliefs that endorse what happened to Charlie Kirk, we are signaling to the culture that people should be able to speak thier minds without losing thier lives. To not cancel these people, is to endorse a culture that believes speaking your mind is a bad and dangerous thing that justifiably could lead to the loss of your life. I don't believe that's the sort of society that our forefathers dreamed of for us...

So thank you to anyone who has chosen to shine a light on this darkness looming in our culture. We have a lot of hate in America right now and it's coming from all angles. If we want cooler heads to prevail, we need to protect the idea of people being able to speak freely without harm coming to them. That is the ideal that truly can help us unite in the longterm. The endorsement of political violence is the opposite path and it's the voice our culture is choosing to punish and shun. I'm thankful for Americans showing some sort of moral standard that isn't divisive in anyway, it's not racial, or gendered, or sexually orientated, etc. (not that this is always bad, it's just seem to be the modern norm).
Every moral being, no matter their race or gender can get behind the idea of themselves and their fellow Americans not having to face Charlie Kirk's fate merely for speaking their minds. That's a universal thing, a human thing...

It's a moral principle that anyone of any race, gender or creed could come together behind and say that we should all get to speak our hearts and minds freely and offensively or non-offensively without facing violence. That's what this cancel culture is about. It's about walking down the street and hearing a crazy feminist or a crazy tater (name i cooked up for tate fans lol), and choosing not to bring physical harm to them but instead to either to let them talk or try to see if a dialogue can be opened. That sounds like a very basic thing for a modern society but I fear that may no longer be the case someday.

This cancel culture against people that praise Charlie Kirk's death is protecting the American vision where we can coexist with drastically different views in one culture without turning to violence. If the left can't accomplish this task with the right, they have no business telling anyone about diversity being our strength or anything along those lines...

Jimmy Kimmel deserved to be canceled because he lied and smeared millions of Americans as being responsible for violence when the evidence points to that not being the case. I think it could be argued that Jimmy Kimmel was inciting violence with his Rhetoric about the "Maga Gang" and implying there's no way it could be "anyone but one of their own". As if we live in a world where it's impossible to imagine it not being the maga gang....

It's gross behavior by Jimmy Kimmel and the Democrats and left in America are defending it as free speech when they have cancelled people for jokes they made 10 years ago. The defends the sorts of lies that may have played into the hate many Trump Supporters face unjustly (mainly because the media constantly lies about them, case and point, Jimmy Kimmel...)

It's funny and sad to see the left be pro censorship for 15 years and heavily against free speech. Only to watch them turn around and decide to be pro free speech when it comes to Jimmy Kimmel using lies to direct hate towards their political opposition. It really tells you a lot about the left and the kinds of speech they endorse and consider to be acceptable. It makes it obvious that they have no reasonable moral standards for Cancel Culture and they often aim it towards the people they hate and do anything to protect the people they like and that agree with them. It's incredibly biased...

Turns out Jimmy Kimmel is getting his show back lol. Almost comes off like they fired Jimmy Kimmel to spark outrage that would make Trump look bad. They even brought out all the celebrities to do their best performances (some were oscar worthy).

Almost felt like a play or a movie they all got cast for
and the inevitable conclusion was to win some war against
Trump's Cancel Culture that never even existed in the first place...

Really solid virtue signaling towards free speech, I give it
a very strong 6 out of 10. I think they are way better at virtue
signaling against bigotry though. I found this one to just lack that
emotional impact. It was hard to care about Jimmy Kimmel as
a character. He wasn't the most believable victim, and the
casting department should pick more carefully in the future...
