Erika Kirk perfectly models the command of Jesus to forgive

As Christians we are called to love...even our enemies. We are also called to forgive…not once, but always and unconditionally. In my opinion, it is the hardest of Jesus’ teachings. So when Erika Kirk, the wife of Charlie Kirk, stood in front of millions and forgave her husband’s murderer it was the most remarkable Christian example I had ever personally seen.

I pray for Mary’s intercession to help soothe the agony in Erika’s heart. And may we all be able to have the strength, the faith, the courage, the ability to forgive that Erika has shown. May our love for Jesus and His Church get us through our most difficult times. Jesus, save us. Mary, pray for us. God bless you all!!
