Bear Creek Arsenal .450 Bushmaster Upper Review

BCA recommended break-in procedure for bolt action uppers:
Our products are made to exact specifications with very tight tolerance. We recommend completing a break-in process.
1. Clean the upper prior to shooting. Take the bolt apart and make sure that the extractor and ejections ports are clean
2. Polish both the feed ramp and chamber to a nice shine with Flitz Metal Polish and a Dremel with coned buffer tip.. This will get rid of any micro-spurs that may cause friction during feeding
3. Really cover up the BCG and chamber with heavy gun oil leave the excess (CLP / Rem Oil).
4. When racking, give a little upward and inward pressure at the same time. Also, make sure that both the BCG and barrel extension is really lubed with gun oil. You will need to do this until it is worn in
5. Make sure that the firearm is unloaded, cycle the BCG 35-50 times.
6. Cover the moving parts once again, leave the excess. Take to the range and shoot 25-50 rounds.
7. Be sure to clean the firearm thoroughly before firing again
