Abused Puppy Rescued by Tourists

Info from Licensor: "My partner and I were in San Francisco (it was her actual birthday when we found her!) just for the weekend for a concert for her birthday upon arriving home to our Airbnb. Ironically, we didn’t go straight home after the concert we decided to walk around for a bit. And in hindsight, now we know we would not have brazen if we would’ve gone straight home. A dog charged us when we started to open our door. We thought we were gonna be mauled. Turns out the sweet puppy needed our help and had duct tape around its eyes and mouth and a rope strangling its neck. After dropping her off at the shelter the next day, we couldn’t stop thinking about her and will be returning to adopt her in three days."
