Super Easy Mega Cheesy Breakfast Burritos on the Blackstone Camping Griddle

Jeremy kept things simple at Camp Griddlemore with a six-ingredient mega cheesy breakfast burrito. Cooked on the Blackstone, these burritos are loaded with eggs, sausage, and cheddar cheese wrapped in a golden cheese crust. A quick, hearty camping meal perfect for fueling up before a day outdoors.

Ingredients
2 medium flour tortillas
4–5 large eggs
Splash of milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)
1 Tbsp butter
2–3 sausage links or patties
Salsa, for serving

Directions
1. Fire up the griddle to medium heat.
2. Whisk 4–5 eggs with a splash of milk, salt, and pepper, then stir in a small handful of shredded cheddar cheese.
3. Cook the sausage on the griddle until fully browned, then move it to a cooler spot and cut it into smaller pieces.
4. Butter four egg rings, place them on the griddle, and pour the egg mixture into them.
5. Add sausage pieces to the eggs and cook until the eggs set.
6. Remove the rings, flip the eggs, and cook for about one more minute.
7. Place two cooked egg rounds inside each tortilla and fold into burritos.
8. Place the burritos seam-side down on the griddle for one minute to seal.
9. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheddar directly onto the griddle, roughly the size of each burrito.
10. Place the burritos seam-side down on top of the cheese and cook until the cheese forms a golden crust that sticks to the tortillas.
11. Remove from the griddle and serve warm with salsa.
