Marcus Jordan Caught Driving Lambo on Train Tracks Bodycam - "I'm Michael Jordan's Son!"

This official police bodycam footage shows the DUI arrest of Marcus Jordan, son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, in Maitland, Florida on February 4, 2025.

At approximately 1:14 AM, officers with the Maitland Police Department responded to a call about a vehicle stuck on active railroad tracks. Upon arrival, they found a black Lamborghini Urus immobilized on the tracks with its tires buried in dirt and rocks, just minutes before a SunRail commuter train was scheduled to pass. The driver was identified as 34 year old Marcus Jordan. Police noted clear signs of impairment, including a strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech, and red, glassy eyes.

The bodycam video captures the entire interaction. Marcus Jordan can be heard attempting to leverage his famous father's identity, telling officers, "I'm Marcus Jordan! Michael Jordan's son!" and insisting he had done nothing wrong. He informed police he had been drinking at a club earlier that night but claimed his blood alcohol level was under the legal limit. He subsequently failed three field sobriety tests administered at the scene.

During a search incident to arrest, officers discovered a small bag of a substance in his pocket. Later lab tests confirmed the substance was actually ketamine, leading to a felony possession charge. The arrest report also states that Jordan was combative and resisted officers without violence, and was even recorded singing in the back of the patrol car on the way to the Orange County Jail.

Initially pleading not guilty to all charges, Marcus Jordan later acknowledged substance abuse issues in court filings. In September 2025, he entered into a deferred prosecution agreement. To avoid conviction, he must comply with strict conditions for one year, including installing an ignition interlock device, completing 50 hours of community service, undergoing random drug testing, and writing a 250-word apology letter to one of the arresting officers.
