Revelation 8–9: The Woe Judgments and God’s Justice

In today’s study we continue through the book of Revelation, looking at one of the most sobering sections in Scripture—the Woe Judgments.

From the angel crying “Woe, Woe, Woe” to the release of demonic locusts and fallen angels at the Euphrates, Revelation 8–9 reveals a terrifying picture of God’s justice during the Tribulation. These passages show us:

✅ Why the judgments intensify in severity
✅ How demons torment unbelievers for 5 months without death
✅ The release of a 200 million–strong demonic army
✅ Why mankind still refuses to repent under God’s judgment
✅ The hope believers have in Christ, who delivers us from the wrath to come

This is a powerful reminder of God’s holiness, the reality of spiritual warfare, and the urgency of repentance.
