Typhoon Ragasa downpours cause lake barrier to burst in Taiwan

Heavy rain from Super Typhoon Ragasa burst a lake on the east coast of Taiwan on Tuesday (September 23), with the deluge breaking a bridge and causing flooding in surrounding villages.
