Fall has officially arrived!! We can't imagine a more perfect recipe to bring all the cozy vibes. Sorry not sorry if we accidentally eat an entire dozen of these pecan sweet potato baked donuts with maple glaze 🍩🍠🍁🤎⁠

Pecan Sweet Potato Baked Donuts with Maple Glaze Recipe⁠

Donut Ingredients (Makes 7): ⁠
• 1½ cup organic flour ⁠
• 1 tsp baking powder ⁠
• 1 tsp baking soda ⁠
• ½ tsp kosher salt ⁠
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon ⁠
• ¾ cup mashed sweet potato ⁠
• 3 tbsp coconut oil ⁠
• ⅓ cup Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt ⁠
• 1 tsp of vanilla extract ⁠
• Pecans (optional for topping) ⁠

Coconut Glaze Ingredients: ⁠
• 1⅓ cup powdered monk fruit ⁠
• 2 tbsp Harmless Harvest Unsweetened Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt ⁠
• 1 tbsp maple syrup ⁠
• ¼ cup chopped pecans ⁠

Instructions: ⁠
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. ⁠
2. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients (save the pecans to mix in later) for donuts. Then, slowly incorporate rest of ingredients until fully mixed. ⁠
3. Pour donut batter into 7 silicone molds. Bake for 11-13 minutes. ⁠
4. While donuts are baking, mix all ingredients for coconut glaze. ⁠
5. Let donuts cool down completely before adding glaze on top. ⁠
6. Sprinkle pecans on top of glaze and enjoy!
