Here are some thoughts about the themes in the new MCU movie, Thunderbolts, about trauma, pain, depression, nihilism, and what's necessary for healing. I made some connections from this superhero comic book movie to "The Road Less Traveled" and Jordan Peterson and the therapeutic process of transforming our old schemas.
