Wut if Ninomae Ina'nus could be in D&D?

I make Vtubers into D&D characters! sometimes they are some of my favorites or even sometimes i choose based on what is popular or what people wanna see. I run dnd and make these characters in 3.5e Dungeons and dragons. I wanna continue to do so as much as possible but today we do Ina into a D&D character! how to do eldtritch beings and get odd powers as well!
