This is the start of my new journey attempt 75h hard. These are the rules.
2 workouts , 1 outdoors for 45 minutes each
Strict dieting with no cheat meals
1 gallon of water every day.
Daily progress photo
Read 10 pages of a non fiction book ( personal growth)
No alcohol
If you fail to follow all these rules concurrently in one day you have to restart at day 1.
