Also, Stone Cold Steve Austin cuts one of the best promos of the entire year-- arguably better than his famous, renowned King of the Ring promo. And then the following night's Retro Raw happened, and all that positive energy went away. Marc Mero is the new Intercontinental Champion, and Fake Razor debuts.
