TRESMISU
Ingredients
1 pack boudoir biscuits (200g)
½ cup cold coffee
380g evaporated milk
385g condensed milk
250ml fresh cream
250g mascarpone cream cheese
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Cocoa powder for garnishing
Method
Step 1
Mix together cold coffee, evaporated milk and condensed milk.
Step 2
Whisk fresh cream, mascarpone cream cheese, sugar and vanilla essence until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Dip 12 boudoir biscuits into the milk mixture and layer them in a dish.
Step 4
Spread half of the cream mixture on top.
Step 5
Dip and layer another 12 boudoir biscuits.
Spread the remaining cream mixture on top.
Step 6
Place in the fridge for 6 hours.
Step 7
Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Serve with the balance of the milk mixture.
