The Delphi Technique: Controlling the Narrative & Manufacting False Consent Across the West for Agenda 2030

This happens everywhere across the West, not just Ireland. Everywhere 'agreement' is controlled, coerced and forced on the public without actual debate. It happens in Canada, the U.S., Britain, and all EU states. No actual debate---just pseudo debate.
These 'Dephi Meetings' are controlled meetings with a pre-determined outcome meant simply to enforce agreement to the agenda and give the public the impression that this is the accepted and only possible agend to accept.

"This meeting was organized to give the community a sense that their voice mattered, and that they could come and have their say. But in reality it was nothing more than what Rosa Koire, the author of 'Behind the Green Mask', called a 'Delphi meeting'
A Delphi meeting is where individuals come together to try to manufacture consensus over certain issues, and essentially in doing so pre-determine the outcome of a meeting.

Its quite obvious that was happening here. Most of the speakers seemed to be involved or connected in some way with the Socialist Party, with 'People Before Profit', and any of these people were given free reign to speak as long as they wanted, wheras when any other members of the community came along to ask very valid questions, they were hassled very quickly, and their questions and concerns weren't addressed."

‘Thuggery’: Man assaulted and phone smashed at meeting chaired by Ruth Coppinger

The Irish Inquiry described those in attendance as having a “hammer and sickle approach” towards some attendees of the public meeting, especially those who wished to challenge Ruth Coppinger’s support for what they termed “harmful and pointless lockdowns”.

At the meeting, Stephen Kerr, who asked questions at the meeting on behalf of The Irish Inquiry, appeared to be assaulted and have his phone smashed against a wall, before men present appeared to attempt to remove him from the meeting.
It was Sam Belton of the Socialist Party. Formerly of Trinity College.

THE DELPHI TECHNIQUE:
Developed by the RAND Corporation as a Cold War mind control technique, Delphi is used to channel a group of people to accept a
point of view that is imposed on them while convincing them that it was their idea. Delphi can be used on any group, from just one person to the entire world. Trained facilitators present a range of choices to a group but have tailored them to direct the outcome.
When the meeting is going smoothly you’ll never notice the obvious. That you haven’t been given any real choices, and that all of the printed material shows the project just as it will be when finalized regardless of anything you might say.
As people are happily scribbling away with their crayons and gold stars like kindergarteners, they are unaware that a large percentage of the group has already been briefed on the project and instructed to manage their table. Yes, there are ‘shills’ at every table. In the larger meetings they may identify themselves as being part of the organizing team, and they will run the table openly. While the unsuspecting real people are chatting, the table monitors are observing their behavior. Who is argumentative, who is docile, who can be triggered to cause a scene, who can be counted on to support the project.

What happens if you dare to speak out? Communitarianism is at the heart of consensus meetings. A vital element of Communitarianism is the use of social pressure to make you conform. Shame. The point is to create a climate of isolation in the meeting for those who do not agree. The idea of dissent is too scary, too exposed, and too anti-social for you to brave ridicule and the disapproval of your peers. So if you do dare to speak out you will be ignored, laughed at, maligned, shamed, boo’d or shouted down. Individual table monitors may goad a person they’ve identified as ‘liable to make a scene’ to loudly agree with you in order to make you appear to have a fringe point of view. The facilitator may allow this bit of chaos to continue for a minute so that the tension can be relieved and your question forgotten.
