The Russian Defense Ministry said its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 114 Ukrainian drones on the night of September 21-22: an electrical substation caught fire in Krasnodar Krai; a drone exploded in Belgorod; and a rocket booster from a Russian missile was found in an apartment in Slavyansk-on-Kuban.

“Over the past night, air defense systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 114 Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement on its Telegram channel.

It was reported that 25 drones were shot down over Rostov Oblast and Krasnodar Krai, 19 over Belgorod Oblast, and 13 over Astrakhan Oblast. Ten drones were destroyed over Crimea, seven over Bryansk Oblast and five over the Sea of ​​Azov. Three drones were destroyed over Yaroslavl and Volgograd Oblasts, two over the Black Sea and one each over Kursk and Voronezh Oblasts. Sergey Aksyonov reported that as a result of the drone strike, several objects were damaged in the territory of the Foros sanatorium in Crimea, there are dead and injured, and dry grass caught fire near Yalta due to the falling debris of the downed drone.

According to the operational headquarters, in Staroderevyankovskaya, Kaniv Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, debris from the drone caused a fire at an electrical substation.

It was also reported that drones attacked Slavyansk-on-Kuban in Krasnodar Krai - debris from the drone damaged houses and caused a grass fire in an industrial zone.

It is noted that there are no casualties, emergency and rescue services are working at the scene.
