The Anushasana Parva is the thirteenth book of the Mahabharata and follows directly after the Shanti Parva.

It continues with Bhishma’s teachings to Yudhishthira, focusing even more on dharma (righteous conduct) but now in a more prescriptive way — giving concrete rules for righteous living, social duties, charity, penance, and kingly responsibilities.
This parva also includes the famous discourse on gifts (Dana-dharma), emphasizing the importance of generosity, compassion, and ethical action.

In short, if Shanti Parva is about calming the mind after war, Anushasana Parva is about laying down the rules and discipline needed to rebuild society on moral foundations.
