LightLink Network was developed by Pellar Tech, which is partially owned by CP Group. CP group partially owns LightLink Network and invested in it through CP Group subsidiaries known as T&B Media Global and MQDC. These companies are founded by Dhanin Chearavanont's (CP Group's senior chairman) daughter and son-in-law. LightLink Network might be working on something with Velo Labs.
