Furthermore, this type of training doesn't require much time. With two or three 45-minute sessions per week, we can achieve visible results in just a few weeks. Better physical condition is the same as greater resistance to disease or dysfunction: the stronger we are, the healthier we are, the more strength, the more endurance, the greater the ability to stabilize ourselves and overcome any bodily dysfunction.
