Just like the human animals have these qualities of survival as well , when presented with a frigid cold environment a characteristic of some creatures for survival is hibernation. Hibernation is a state of prolonged dormancy that animals enter, primarily during winter, its conserve energy by significantly reducing their metabolic rate, heart rate, breathing, and body temperature . Able to stay in sleeping like state for months on end until temperatures rise and they can awaken once more . What if I told you that a legend and tale lives on today from Americas distant past , a peculiar tale that’s lived since the 17th & 18th century . Odd and mysterious nearly unbelievable to imagine, that of Human Hibernation, or also known as the Vermont Deep Sleep
