9/20/2025, (Targeted Individuals & Perp TV) Collecting a Few More PERPS Before Meeting Others

These are some of my adventures being spied on, stalked, and turned into a Contract Stalking, Organized Harassment cash cow (money, favors, gift cards, whatever else), in the Greater Victoria British Columbia Canada area.

I was going out to get some supplies and collecting and sharing a few more extra organized harassment, gangstalking perpetrators and collaborators before going off to meet with some of the others.

I get some more extra points if I do not stop collecting a few more uniformed and civilian organized harassment, gangstalking perps and collaborators on my way to and from any of the offline, in person meetings with my associates. It shows that I value being in top form efficiency even when I am going to and return from meeting with them. You could say I am casually filling in the gaps with any extra gangstalking perps that I happen to encounter while I am in transit between different places.

My associates and I are never just going out to do whatever we are doing by surface appearances. There are always other secondary objectives in everything we publicly do or any public places we go to. On the surface, we are actually truthfully doing what we appear to be doing, but there is always something else going on beneath the surface. If any of us are looking at our watches, fidgeting with some item, touching a jacket button, doing a hand motion near a pocket, touching a pair of eyeglasses, etc, how do you or anyone know if we are not pressing a hidden electronic switch in a clothing button, a watch, a pair of glasses, a pen, etc? How do any of you know if ordinary everyday, common items, do not have a hidden microphone or camera inside of them?

Some people think I am using a Go Pro strap on camera, cell phone camera for my videos and photographs. While they do work for that intended purpose, I do not use such clunky and awkward devices. It looks amateur, barbaric, and unsophisticated. I am a former Federal Government functionary from a national defence/national security related government department. I would never let myself appear that unrefined because it would be very embarrassing for someone with my background.

My government/corporation official and politician friends are from various government departments and corporations, and that means they have access to many other power movers and shakers. If I looked like an ineffective, unpolished, and unsophisticated dead wood, that would cut off my social capital with these other power people. These people do not associate with anyone deemed to be useless.

With that in mind, I know there are hidden spying video/audio devices that look like clothing button, watch, battery charging pack, wall charger, eyeglasses, coffee mug, wall clock, plush toy, potted plant, pen, etc. I used those kind of hidden in plain sight kind of devices to collect video and audio files.
