✅ Ingredients (Slow Cooker Chicken Chili):
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp butter, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 jalapeño, seeded & diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cumin
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
15 oz small white beans, drained & rinsed
4.5 oz diced green chilies
10 oz frozen sweet corn
1 cup salsa verde
½ cup heavy cream
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Place chicken in crockpot, top with butter, onion, jalapeño, garlic, and seasonings.
Add beans, green chilies, salsa verde, and broth. Stir gently.
Cook on HIGH 4–5 hrs or LOW 6–8 hrs.
Shred chicken, stir in heavy cream, and serve with toppings.
