To finish off John 8, we look at the amazing claim of Jesus that caused the crowd to try to kill him right then and there. We see how this seemingly cryptic statement was clearly understood by the Jewish people listening to Jesus as a claim to divinity. By looking back to Abraham and Moses, we piece together the parts that show us Jesus was claiming to be divine when he said, "Before Abraham was, I AM."
