Cold Arc Life Stacking Bloodmage is an absolute powerhouse of a build. You are able to use Arc to destroy all the content in the game! This video is designed to showcase Cold Arc in its initial form.

This build will be a work in progress and will be evolving over the next few days. There are variations floating around that use all kinds of different ideas and spells.

Big shoutout to the community here for helping me with it and coming up with a lot of the cool ideas we use in todays video. You guys are great!
