Deli Style Roast Beef | Lunch Meat
I went to the supermarket a few days ago, and almost fell over when I saw lunch meat, roast beef, was $17.00 a pound! Yes, you read that correctly. $17.00 a pound!!! Forget that, let's make it.
☆Recipe☆
•2½-3½ pound Roast •1 tsp Salt •1 tsp Rosemary •1 tsp Thyme
•¾ tsp Black Pepper •¾ tsp Garlic Powder •¾ tsp Onion Powder
•½ tsp Paprika •Olive Oil or Mustard (enough to cover the roast on all sides)
*Cook roast at 500°F for about 15 minutes or until browned. Turn the oven down to 300° F and finish cooking the roast until done, 130°F-135°F or to your liking. I cooked mine to 130° F. Rest the meat for 30 minutes, then slice.
