RECOVERY, RESILIENCE, AND COMMUNITY: STORIES OF HOPE ON LADIES OF ANOTHER VIEW

This episode of Ladies of Another View takes a powerful look at recovery, resilience, and community. DeAnn Super, LBSW Case Manager, and Morgan Turner, Clinical Director and Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor from the New Freedom Center in Bismarck, share how their team has helped people overcome addiction for more than 27 years. Using a holistic approach—addressing the physical, spiritual, and psychological needs of each client—they provide hospital-based detox, residential care, outpatient programs, and sober living support. They also introduce their newest initiative: a specialized living center for mothers in recovery, creating a safe place for women to balance sobriety and motherhood.
The program also features Taisha, a courageous mother in recovery, who shares her personal story of addiction, trauma, and triumph. Her testimony highlights the life-changing power of faith, family, and community support in breaking free from addiction and finding true healing.
