Exercise For Amazing Kicks

If you want to be good at kicking (as in, ACTUALLY good) you have to be able to kick from many positions and make contact at many distances.

This exercise will help develop a greater connection to the floor, a better understanding of distancing, more control over bodyweight distribution, and strength without a full extension.
