30 min Full Body Kettlebell Workout At Home

This kettlebell hiit workout entails two blocks of exercises and one afterburner. Each block we will have 4 exercises of which each exercise is performed for 35secs followed by 15 secs rest.
The afterburner is following a tabata style - also much fun!

BLOCK01
1. Alternating Reverse Lunge and Hammer Curl
2. Kettlebell Half Burpee Drop Squat & Press
3. Kettlebell Sit Up Russian Twist
4. Kettlebell Deadlift Reverse Hand Walkout
5. Star Crunch Jack Knife

BLOCK02
1. Push Up Goblet Curls
2. 3x Mountain Climbers and Hold
3. Bottom Up Good Morning Drop Squats
4. Side To Side Swing
5. Full Pullover Leg Lift

AFTER BURN
1. Front Jump Squat Reverse Hand Walkout
2. High plank Jacks Knee Tucks
3. Russian Leg Kicks
