The Russian occupiers in the Pokrovsky sector of Donetsk region are experiencing a critical shortage of military equipment and transport, the Ukrainian partisan movement "Atesh" reports in its Telegram channel. According to "Atesh", there is an acute shortage of equipment, in particular in the 1442nd motorized rifle regiment of the Russian occupation army, which is deployed in the Pokrovsky direction. They lack not only military equipment and vehicles, but even motorcycles. It has come to the point that the Russian occupiers are confiscating vehicles from local residents. In addition, the occupiers themselves have increasingly begun to steal cars and motorcycles from each other. In some cases, Russian soldiers refuse to participate in combat operations without equipment. This forces commanders to resort to harsh methods against soldiers.

Russian soldiers are confiscating vehicles from local residents on the orders of their command. This leads to a disruption of logistics and increased losses among personnel. It is worth noting that the Pokrovsk direction has been the hottest section of the front for several months. The enemy is trying to surround and capture Pokrovsk. To do this, the command of the Russian occupation forces has concentrated forces in this area numbering over 110,000 soldiers. The situation is especially serious in the Dobropillya area, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are trying to surround five brigades of the Russian occupation army. According to the Dnipro Joint Monitoring Group, the enemy has sharply increased its activity in the Dobropillya direction near Pokrovsk. For example, the Russian occupiers have doubled the number of assaults on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Dobropillya direction. Fighting continues near the villages of Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, Shakhove, Nove Shakhove, Volodymyrivka, Sukhetske, Poltavka, Novopavlivka and Zoloti Kolodez.

Let us remind you that in the Donetsk region the Russian army is losing momentum in Ukraine. The Russians have made the greatest progress in the south of Donetsk region, where they are trying to advance towards Dnipropetrovsk region. Here, approximately 40 square kilometers have come under Russian control. Another 9 square kilometers have been captured near Lyman and Kupyansk. Meanwhile, Ukrainian troops have managed to recapture some positions: more than 3 square kilometers near Pokrovsk and Kostyantynivka, as well as 7 square kilometers in Sumy region. At the same time, it is reported that, against the background of the slowdown, the losses of the Russian army are enormous.
