United Nations Claims Israel has “Intent To DESTROY The Palestinian Group in Gaza”

In a landmark report released on September 16, 2025, the United Nations Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory concluded that Israel has committed genocide against Palestinians in Gaza, with explicit intent to destroy the group in whole or in part, as defined under the 1948 Genocide Convention.
