Welcome to Day 1 of 7 in our series: Faithful Citizenship: Honoring God in a Divided World!

Politics can feel overwhelming—on our phones, at our dinner tables, and even in our churches.
But as followers of Jesus, we must remember where our true citizenship lies.

Philippians 3:20 says:
📖 “But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ.”

We live here, vote here, and pay taxes here—but our ultimate allegiance is to God’s Kingdom.
That means our hope doesn’t rise or fall with elections or politicians.

The world says, “Put your trust in earthly leaders.”
Jesus says, “Follow Me—My Kingdom is eternal.”

Ask yourself today:

“Am I living like a citizen of heaven, or just a citizen of this world?”
