Rice Paper Cheese Tteokbokki

Ingredients:
Rice paper
Cheese sticks (cut in half)
1 pack Buldak ramen
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
1 tbsp rice syrup (or honey)
1 tsp soy sauce
4-5tbsp heavy cream
Cheese (for topping)

Soak a sheet of rice paper in water until soft. Place a half-cut cheese stick on the softened rice paper and roll it tightly as shown in the video.

Cook the Buldak ramen noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Strain most of the water, leaving a little for the sauce.

Add the cheese powder and hot sauce from the Buldak ramen pack. Mix in gochugaru, rice syrup, soy sauce, and heavy cream. Add the rice paper cheese tteokbokki and stir well to coat everything.

Top with cheese and let it melt before serving.
