I share how losing respect for myself in the past cost me opportunities, relationships and progress and how everything changed once I raised my standards and started respecting my time, my craft and my mission.
You cannot demand respect from women if you do not respect yourself. You cannot demand respect in business if you undercut your own value. You cannot demand respect in life if you disrespect your own word every day.
Self-respect is not ego. It is not arrogance. It is standards. And when you build those standards the world has no choice but to treat you accordingly.
