What is the ‘Nuclear Option’?

The Republicans need to stop trying to play this bipartisan game. They need to just govern and deliver results to the American people. If that means using the “nuclear option,” then they should do it. Changing cloture from 60 votes to 51 votes means Republicans can focus on implementing the policies that the American people voted for instead of wasting time. Midterms are right around the corner!
