This is the state of the world.. either adapt to it's evil and unforgiving nature.. or die trying. The point being is, the world has always been like this, but in the last century alone (as far as we're concerned), this is the only time it's been recorded in such the way we keep up with things. We, as human beings, have always had issues with ego, pride, selfishness and... overall, hypocrisy. Our downfall is based on our own nature. We are what we choose to be, but at the same time... maybe it's all inherent.
