Your Mouth Proclaims Your Idols!

What are you saying about yourself? I’m broke, I don’t I never have enough, all my family has been in prison so I will probably end up there too. I can’t learn, I am going to fail this exam, I don’t feel well, all my family has had diabetes and heart disease, and the doctor told me I will have it too. I can’t stop swearing…nothing ever works out for me… If you speak these things over yourself, you will have exactly what you say. Don’t hoard your idols they will never deliver you into a fulfilled life!

When we speak hate ,sickness and disease we are spewing filth.
Deuteronomy 5:6-10 NLT “I am the LORD your God, who rescued you from the land of Egypt, the place of your slavery. 7 “You must not have any other god but me. 8 “You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind, or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea. 9 You must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for any other gods.

Mark 11:22-23 “Then Jesus said to the disciples, “Have faith in God. 23 I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart.”

This applies to everything that challenges our lives: personal, professional, emotional, physical, financial or spiritual!

We are engaged in a great battle for our nation and for freedom around the world. We cannot go into battle with a weak, unbelieving mind wearing filthy clothes.

The military provides every need for their soldiers. Troops are trained and drilled for prolonged periods of time in preparation for battle and expected to execute successful missions.
Likewise, if we train ourselves to speak the words that God says every need will be met and He will make a way where we see no way. “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness all these things will be added unto you. Matt 6:33

Lay hold of what God has laid out in HIS WORD! Proclaim the promises and seek His face on EVERY issue!

Father God, we surrender ourselves to you and ask you to correct, direct and protect us as we prepare every day to battle not flesh and blood but against powers, principalities and spiritual wickedness in high places. We ask as your dear children, according to Eph 6:4 that you would bring us up with the discipline and instruction that comes from the Lord. In Jesus Name! AMEN!
