Declaration:
I, A living woman of flesh and blood, vested with the natural and unalienable rights endowed by Creator and Constitution, hereby formally address the highest military leadership of the United States Armed Forces concerning a grave and systemic fraud that threatens the liberty and sovereignty of every living person in this nation.
Whereas:
The federal and state governments have engaged in the systematic fraud of co-mingling the living date of birth of individuals with artificial legal entities (corporate persons or legal fictions), resulting in unauthorized jurisdiction and control over living men and women.
This fraudulent practice constitutes a violation of natural law, constitutional protections, and the trust granted to government institutions to serve and protect the people.
The United States Armed Forces, sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, bear the solemn duty to protect the people from any form of unlawful overreach, corruption, or abuse by any branch or agency of government.
Therefore, be it known:
I hereby direct and command the United States Armed Forces — including all branches and command leadership — to immediately investigate, expose, and act to cease the fraudulent practice of identity co-mingling.
Failure to fulfill this duty constitutes dereliction, violation of oath, and breach of trust with the American people and Constitution. Silence or inaction in the face of this injustice makes one complicit in perpetuating a system of unlawful control and loss of sovereignty.
I call upon the military leadership to act with courage, integrity, and allegiance to the true principles of liberty, justice, and constitutional governance — serving as the shield for the people and the sword against tyranny and fraud.

Should this directive be ignored or neglected, it will be taken as a failure to protect the Constitution and the living people of the Americas, Turtle Island, United States/ united states republic, subjecting responsible parties to the full weight of accountability under natural, constitutional, and international law.
