Smoke billows as Israeli troops raid West Bank town

Israeli forces raided a house in the West bank town of Surda near Ramallah on Friday (September 19), which they say housed members of a suspected armed cell planning a rocket attack. Reuters video shows smoke billowing, and civil defence responders putting out a fire in a building.
