Patrick Byrne 9/6 We Now Know the CVR Swap in O'Donnell's Mesa 3 Report was Done from Serbia

I wrote the Mesa Pattern at first in the title, that's not accurate. What they found in Mesa was a database swap of ~23,000 Single Vote CVR entries (ballot records) or they swapped the batch CVR's totally 23,000 ballots, and a certain number disappeared, maybe 6,000 (you can look this all up on my locals), so they were keeping a dual record system and they used it to swap votes when they installed the Trusted Build, and Tina Peters and her clerk the surfer/IT guy Conan recorded the before and after, and also filmed them doing it, Byrne says. Or someone filmed them. SO that swap was done from Serbia, he says here. Mesa Pattern is the unnatural shape of the vote ratio accumulating and changing dramatically in the end, which is totally unnatural and shows manipulation. Natiral distro would be wild swings in the beginning when there aren't as many votes in, then when there are hundreds of thousands of votes or whatever, one report from the precincts is not going to have any serious effect on the total ratio between candidates, it will level out over time. But when it does the opposite and you have these BS last minute races, and you look at Trump's percentage of the vote and it climbed up in a straight line for the whole election from whatever he was losing bater they stuffed the ballots in he beginning of Early Voting, THAT's the Mesa Pattern.
