Luthmann’s $20M Bombshell: Danesh the Canceler Exposed in Fort Myers Federal Court

Richard Luthmann, the firebrand investigative journalist and former attorney, has unleashed a $20 million federal defamation lawsuit against TikTok influencer Danesh Noshirvan in Fort Myers. The case, Luthmann v. Noshirvan (2:25-cv-00337), centers on Noshirvan’s most vile smear: falsely branding Luthmann a pedophile in front of millions online.

On September 18, 2025, Judge Kyle Dudek granted a temporary stay of proceedings, following a joint stipulation that both sides would attempt settlement at an October 1 conference. But Luthmann’s camp isn’t fooled. They say Noshirvan’s truce is a Trojan Horse – a ploy to buy time after he missed critical deadlines, effectively admitting Luthmann’s allegations by default.

Noshirvan, an Iranian-born anchor baby who built his brand by doxxing and canceling conservatives, is already reeling. Earlier this year, U.S. District Judge John Steele sanctioned him nearly $100,000 for launching TikTok harassment campaigns against opposing counsel. Steele’s ruling blasted Noshirvan and his lawyer for “brazen bad faith lies” and intimidation tactics.

The stay order may pause the legal fireworks, but history suggests such truces are dangerous illusions. Luthmann himself compared Noshirvan to medieval jihadists who signed peace agreements only to betray them – from Saladin at Acre to the Barbary pirates. The message: Danesh cannot be trusted to negotiate in good faith.

The lawsuit is more than courtroom drama. It’s a test of cancel culture’s limits. Noshirvan, who openly celebrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination online, now faces accountability under oath. If successful, Luthmann’s $20 million claim could become the precedent that ends Danesh’s reign of terror.

Bottom line: This is not just Richard Luthmann versus Danesh Noshirvan. It’s journalism versus cancel culture, free speech versus weaponized lies. The October 1 settlement conference will decide whether Noshirvan surrenders or doubles down.
