My name is Darline in 2020 through 2022. I was homeless at the Salvation Army when the Covid pandemic hit. They had the Homeless Shelter Program that was held by Hennepin county social services downtown Minneapolis at 1313 Nicollet I would eat or drink something and I would blackout I went to target put some cameras in my room. Come to find out that I was being drugged and raped. I have video recording an audio voice recording of the eight months in that hotel. I brought my evidence to the Minneapolis Police Department, Detective Emily Olson told me the people in a video are not real. This is all in my head that I need to see a mental health psychiatrist, the police department claim that I was not sexually assaulted. There were staff on site that was hired by Hennepin county social workers 24 seven they change Me rooms from 749 750 to 1249 because they claimed didn’t know what was happening. The Minneapolis police department never bothered to question the staff that knew I was sexually assaulted on June 5 of 2021. I was outside talking to a staff. I woke up two days later with no pants on and blood stain on my bedsheet call downstairs. The staff that brought me upstairs to my room said her and a man named Diablo brought me upstairs to my room the police department never question them I have videos of Staff among other things. I am trying to get justice for what happened to me and other women I was sexually assaulted and that program that the Minneapolis police department is choosing to label us as someone that has mental health, patient or artistic or drug problems they feel like they don’t deserve no justice and it’s not right. It’s time that we stand up and have a voice for those that doesn’t that are scared. That is my purpose on here today.
