Video 565 From the bosses perspective, who actually gets the job? Well over the years my thought process on this has changed significantly. I used to look for education and experience. Now neither of those are my top considerations.
1. People can have the wrong experience and be stuck on old ways and patterns.
2. People can have education but no practical hands on time on the job.
3. Now I look for skills that I need to hire for.
4. Most importantly I hire for attitude. A person with a great attitude can learn and do anything.
