Rescuing a cat with bad scabies infection - she had no hope of surviving here.

Trying to catch and rescue a young female cat that was thrown away just because she had a scabies infection. That was not the only reason for her needing rescue. Besides bad scabies, this cat had zero ability to adapt after being thrown away. She was behaving totally inappropriately - she was hanging around where she was dumped because she had no idea what to do. She literally would not be able to adapt to life as a stray. While it took a couple of days to catch her, she had not managed to find ANY of the food I had left specifically left for her! This all happened while I was also trying to catch the small solitary kitten - I had a few rounds with her over 3 days and nights, where she managed to give me the slip, until I got her to come close with wet food and a selfie stick. There are a few 'established' strays in the area, some of whom are able to hunt for themselves - so it was important to catch her, before she spread the infection to them also. Being stray, it would be practically impossible to treat or help all of them if they got infected. From the short glimpses I get of some of them, so far it seems they are still fine.
