The problem I see with that analysis is that gold has approximately doubled in value over the past two years. If you ran that analysis 2 years ago all these assets would be extremely overpriced historically. Gold suddenly skyrockets and now we are going to say that the price is for these other assets is historically reasonable?

The problem is this bubble is offset by a failing stock market. If you remove the 7-10 tech bubble stocks and America has been in decline for at least 20 years. So the bubble doesn't look as bad as it really is, even though most investment money is flowing through AI in levels never seen before 10 billion being just one investment run and they do many.
