If Allāh Chose The Path Of Trials For you, Then He Chose The Path of The Messengers For You

If you are tested, it is not a sign that Allāh (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى) has abandoned you — it may be the greatest sign that He loves you. Wahb ibn Munabbih (رحمه الله) said: “Whoever is afflicted with trials has walked the path of the Prophets (عليهم السلام).” This path is not for the weak; it is for those whom Allāh wants to elevate. From Nūḥ’s (عليه السلام) rejection, to Ibrāhīm’s (عليه السلام) fire, to Muhammad’s (ﷺ) persecution — every Prophet walked it. If you are on it, you are in the company of the greatest souls.
