South Sudan corruption: UN report accuses authorities of plundering money

UN investigators have accused South Sudanese authorities of plundering billions of dollars of their country's wealth as two thirds of its people face crisis-levels of hunger. Despite huge oil wealth, a new report estimates that for every fourty barrels of crude the country sells, only the profits of one makes it into the public purse.
