Rochester high teacher charged with sexual assault; allegedly had sexual relationship with students

A Rochester High School teacher who was fired for having a sexual relationship with students during after-school hours has been charged, sources tell 7 Action News. We're told Kathryn Houghtaling has been charged with six counts of third degree criminal sexual conduct. She was a special needs teacher at the school.
